The connections I can make is that in the book Mack loses his daughter and also loses faith in God. In real life, when we lose someone close to us we question why God let that happen.
There are many connections i have made and one is that when you believe in God you might not always understand why things happen but you know that He is doing it for the right reasons.

ReplyDeleteThe character Nan reminds me of my grandma because she is very open and loving to everyone she meets and has a great relationship with God.
ReplyDeleteOne connection stands out to me and that is that so many times to day we leave God and in book mack leaves God but he eventually comes back to him.
